Such a lovely hotel, clean, very friendly staff, great location. The reception staff rang to see if our room was ok which was a lovely touch and Nicole on the bar was so super friendly a real asset to the team. Definitely returning, don’t be out off by the closeness of the main strip you wouldn’t know it’s there.

A new, clean hotel, some of the employees are nice. Mrs. Nicoleta ( Nicole) was always warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Whether she was serving drinks at the bar or helping with restaurant service, her friendly attitude and attention to detail stood out every time. She remembered guests, made everyone feel welcome, and worked tirelessly with a genuine smile.It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely kind. Keep in mind that the person at the reception Leonardo does not have the necessary organizational skills, we waited for check-in for 40 minutes or more.

The hotel is gorgeous, very clean and perfect if you want something better than the average hotel. The pool is too small for the amount of guests the hotel holds aswell as the amount of sun beds, we were there for 3 days and spent 2 at the beach because we couldn’t be bothered fighting for beds as well as dealing with the typical rowdy English but that’s Spain for you. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We had bed and breakfast so whilst I can’t comment on other food, the breakfast buffet was something else, there was plenty of choices and everything I tried from the pastries to the cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious.
