The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location is convenient quiet but still close to the city center. Definitely a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Tbilisi!
The hotel is modest and generally okay for a short stay. However, there was a constant unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which affected our comfort. Breakfast was fairly decent, with a reasonable variety. The location is a bit far from the city center, so keep that in mind if you're planning to explore Tbilisi on foot.
This hotel is very bad. Random hair all over my bed and blanket, when I tried to use the toilet paper in the bathroom turns out that it's used all redy and it has poop stains on it.
