The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the start. The hotel itself was decent for a short stay, though the property could really use some updates, especially the grounds which feel a bit tired. The rooms were clean, which we appreciated, but the bed sheets were a bit on the scratchy side. Overall, it’s a good spot for a one-night stay before continuing your trip—comfortable enough for a quick stopover
The staff is very kind and helpful, specially Luigi from the front desk. The room is big and nice, also they have good amenities. The breakfast is good, but they charge extra for omelettes (could have at least scrambled eggs, not only boiled eggs). The hotel is nice, they offer a minivan to take guests to downtown since it's a little bit far... even the train station is about 900m far. They offer free parking.
We stayed at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel before our flight from Naples, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, very clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly, and the location is convenient for reaching the airport by taxi. However, the area feels quite isolated, with nothing much nearby. The restaurant and bar in the lobby were closed most of the time, and the rooftop restaurant/bar only opens on weekends. The kids’ bunk bed was a bit noisy when they moved. It’s a good choice for a short stay near the airport.
