Great service overall. Especially the service in the restaurant. The servers work very hard and are so friendly. One of the servers Pinar stands out to me, she is does everything with a big smile and is very quick and does thins smoothly. Big S/O to you girl! My compliments! ❤️
Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very remote with nothing in walking distance. Not true all inclusive some bars are always for.paying particularly the rooftop bar. Good for families who don't intend to go outside of the hotel.
Customer service was absolutely atrocious, I have never come across a more unorganised hotel in my life. We called the guest relations as advised by the hotel reception as we wanted to get room service, the guest relations transferred us back to reception, who after speaking to us very rudely transferred us to the lobby bar who did not answer. We once again rang the reception asking if they could provide us the room service which we was more than happy to pay for but they did not accept our order. I would not recommend staying here as some of the staff member were very hostile and rude towards us.
