Golden Avenida Family Suites

Returned from our 3rd trip to Golden Avenida. Went half board this year and swapped dinner to lunch which had great fresh choice everyday, always plentiful and well displayed. Breakfast great also. Great to see investment in the property year on year and familiar faces among the staff. Missed Jessica on the animation team this year but Jesus deserves a mention for his energy and enthusiasm, he’s a great motivator on the animation team and really provides a great experience for all involved. You can always rely on a clean room and a warm welcome when you arrive, overall an easy enjoyable holiday. Thank you

We’ve just returned from our first stay at this hotel, and we had a truly wonderful time! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They were especially great with the children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. As fussy eaters, we were really impressed by the food, the variety and quality exceeded our expectations. There was something for everyone, including the kids. They particularly loved the ice cream machine and chocolate fountain! The fresh fruit was also a highlight, it was delicious! There was plenty of entertainment for the children throughout the day, which kept them happy and busy. The only downside was that our room was located on the first floor, close to where the evening entertainment took place. The music was quite loud and went on until around 11:30pm, which made it a bit difficult to get the kids to sleep early, especially on our last night when we had an early start. If you’re traveling with young children, we’d recommend requesting a quieter room away from the entertainment area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families. We’ll definitely be returning. Thank you for a memorable holiday!

Wonderful family hotel! We stayed for just two nights but had a fantastic time. Our room was ready early, so we could drop off our luggage and immediately start enjoying the facilities. - The pool area is amazing, even for babies and young children. There's also a dedicated play park with slides—perfect for the little ones. - The buffet food was excellent—everything was fresh and delicious. - The staff and the entertainment team were incredibly friendly, always offering fun activities and shows to keep everyone entertained. - The hotel is thoughtfully designed for families, with a kids club, games, child-friendly pool, and even a spacious changing room on the main floor. You can really tell they care about making things easy for parents and fun for children. Our stay was just at the beginning of the season, so the hotel was not completed full yet. A couple of things could be improved: - There was quite a bit of dust and dirt under the beds, suggesting that area hadn’t been cleaned in a while—even though the rest of the room and bathroom were very clean. - The fruit juices at the breakfast buffet were really disappointing—tasted like powdered or bad concentrated juice, which didn’t match the otherwise high quality of the food.
