Rarely writing reviews but this hotel is the best! I can tell, od course, just from my experience! Best hotel ever! It justifies every single money spent on it. It's super clean, nothing is abandoned or neglected from the property. Also very friendly staff, they always want to help. Two guys from the reception, not sure their names, are exceptionally friendly. They helped a lot with my stay. Every recommendation and they are super friendly, like they are friends not just staff. Whole impression is this hotel has soul. I mean, it's not the domestic atmosphere, expect more formal attitude but for this kind of hotel less formal than you'd expect.

The staff could not be more friendly or helpful and the food is reasonably decent. BUT it is very important to know that they have a fair number of rooms whose balcony faces inwards to another wall or balcony. These rooms are very dark because you can't see the sky. I was told that if you book a double room for single use, this is what you will get so be very sure you know what you are booking. My 4 star rating is for a room with balcony that had a partial side view of the sea.

Disappointed with founded cockroaches in the room. Have to put rooms two stars because of this, but actually room was big and plenty of space with TV, free Wi-Fi, fridge and air condition. For this hotel expecting a four-star experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I found cockroaches in the room. Apology (from managers) or transfer to another room, never got it. We received an apology from the regular receptionist at the hotel, but not from the manager. Additionally, the air conditioner was full of dust. Hope this feedback will help to improve week points overall. Because hotel stuff is pleasant, hotel maids are giving their best, also as people in the kitchen (very good food).
