Hard to beat the location, with ; shopping malls, pubs, tourist attractions, services (professional, trade, beauty and medical), fast food and beaches, all within an easy, short walk away from the motel. . My check-in experience was awesome, as I found my spacious and airy room, was beautifully presented, all set for a fantastic, hassle free, four (4) night stay. . Highly recommended and I will be back ... 👌
It's a good business, the team members are very friendly and they maintain the property very clean and neat. There are amenities nearby and it's walkable distance to Woolworths, KFC, Hungry Jacks, Zaraffas Coffee, Guzman and Gomez. It's also near the coles, comm bank, nab bank, laundromat and snap fitness gym. The location is ideal for tourists and backpackers but the location can be noisy at times nevertheless the team member at the reception was very friendly.
Three of the lights were dodgy when we first arrived in our room, and found multiple brown stains on the double and one of the single beds sheets. While we were having dinner we found that some of the cutlery was not cleaned properly. When we needed to check in late they answered us really quickly and came up with a good solution. Overall the service was great just the room was not the cleanest.
