Luxury hotel in the past,, 4 star hotel.. big and hotel.. the room is clean and tidy.. the bath room is big like typically lux hotel in the past.. the view from hotel is absolutely amazing.. the breakfast is complete and many various.. the hotel have a big gym.. very worth it for 400k.. will come back

It's an old hotel located in Central Jakarta, Kemayoran. It's actually a busy hotel, cause the last time I visited the place, there were a lot of busses from Lampung that were parked at the hotel. Because it was an old hotel, the vibe of the hotel was 'unmaintained' properly. The room itself was old too. But, I'm still rating it 4 star, because the hotel staff was quite helpfull, the breakfast menu was also very nice (I didn't expect the breakfast would be that good and complete actually). The price that I payed also one of the factors, why I still gave it 4 stars, because it was a reasonable price to pay. Hopefully the hotel will have a proper maintenance in the future, because it was still a good hotel to stayed in.

The hotel looks impressive from the outside, but the experience doesn’t fully live up to expectations. While the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are dated, with worn furniture, old carpets, and maintenance issues like broken safes and faulty plumbing. Cleanliness is hit or miss — some areas feel fresh, others need deep cleaning. The location isn’t great for walking or exploring. There’s not much nearby — no malls, no decent cafes or shops within walking distance, and the surrounding area feels dull and disconnected. You’ll need a car or ride-hailing app for pretty much everything. Facilities like the pool and gym exist, but don’t expect modern standards. Overall, it’s fine if you just want a place to sleep, but for comfort, convenience, or value — there are better options elsewhere in Jakarta.
