Golden Bujari Hotel Kyan

It's good place to stay specially they just opened few months ago, still not even finished for the final steps. The location in Khamis but its between Abha and Khamis. The area still new. The reception team were very nice welcoming and friendly, they supported me to make booking for 1 additional room for my friend. The breakfast is not totaly bad, but during COVID the food should be packed and covered and they should use pre-portioned food but here they bring everything open except the honey drops and jam. They keep serving the breakfast without fork, knife or even spoon. (How someone will eat the cornflakes 😅) so i don't recommend the breakfast here. I get room #204 it was nice big but the bathroom was very small. My friend took room #211it was smaller than my room for the bedroom and living room but the bathroom was big. Room service labors not well trained in terms of hygiene, they clean the room and they prepare it very well. It was nice to stay here for few days.

Everything is good except Internet and even mobile networks not works in any part of this hotel... irritating a lot.. If any1 needs net, dont stay in this hotel.

There were no welcome explanations during check-in about restaurant timings (there isn't one), available facilities, wifi password, etc. The room card was sticky from selotape they stick the room number to it. This is a terrible security risk if you lose your card, others can rob your room or female guests are at great risk as the room number is taped to the card!!! Phones didn't work properly, so I was constantly going downstairs. The info booklet had ripped up pages and a child's scribble all over it. The sink tap was broken, bathroom decor was like a prison, hand shower didn't work, main overhead shower was like having a mouse pee on me. Breakfast is a fixed tray food that rarely turns up on time for me to eat it and go to work. You can not bill anything to your room, including laundry, which is a 'cash only' service. The desk clerks can not do much in the way of service without the manager present. This is not a hotel! After four days, despite my best efforts for attention, my room was not serviced ONCE!!! I was constantly looking for a cleaner for towels, water, and tea bags. The only saving grace was the manager, who was extremely helpful with local travel and went out of his way to negotiate a local Sim card for me at a nearby office. Many thanks!
