Fantastic experience from the check-in to the check-out! This was a last minute booking for our babymoon and we were not disappointed with our choice. The staff was fantastic, we had a beautiful corner room with a strong air-con which was definitely needed. Everything was pristine and comfortable, the hotel overall has a luxurious look and feel. The food was fantastic - fresh and very tasty meals each day, I especially loved the fact that there were authentic local dishes on the buffet and freshly squeezed juice each morning. The staff were lovely, especially some ladies at the reception. We didn't spend much time at the hotel pool as we preferred the beach which is 2 mins walk away. If you want peaceful, child-free stay with a high quality service and food - this is the place to be. Thank you for making our last nappy-free holiday so memorable!

Just got home from my second stay at this outstanding hotel, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The staff are incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible—nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is absolutely amazing—hands down the best hotel food I’ve ever had on holiday. The whole hotel smells divine (I even bought the signature reed diffuser to take a bit of that scent home with me!). The pool was the perfect temperature, and there was always something to do with great entertainment on offer. The staff were also brilliant at helping us find the best deals for local days out, making sure we had the most fun for the best price. During our stay, there was a small issue with one of the lifts not being level, which caused me to fall. However, it was handled quickly and professionally, and the care and kindness shown by the staff afterwards really meant a lot. This was my second visit, and without a doubt, there will be a third. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable hotel. The staff are perfect. A huge thank to Receptionist Rita, my son is autistic and we needed to change the room, she went a further mile to make his holiday great. Rooms are clean, beautifully laid out, everything you need. Great location and the restaurant buffet amazing and reasonable. 5*** hotel cannot fault. Well done Golden Costa, we will be back.
