Great location- it’s beside a shopping mall with stores and a supermarket. There is AC that functions and the room is modern and clean. Amazing value for the price. The hotel also offers you a 10% voucher to use at their hotel, which we didn’t end up using but is conveniently on the first floor of the hotel.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to everything—restaurants, tourist attractions, and public transport—making it easy to explore the city. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with impeccable housekeeping. Nicole, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference—Nicole, you are amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Location is excellent and walking distance from attractions and tram stations. The service is to be expected of 4 star hotel and they answered the question prior and during the visit promptly. The room was small and had no space for luggage or moving around. They were also the only hotel requiring a breakage deposit but it was removed same day as checkout as promised. Across the Kafka Rotating Head. Recommended based on location and value for money.
