Golden Eagle By wizowll Group of hotels

I stayed at Golden Eagle by Wizowll Group for 3 days, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. On the first day, we were informed that the swimming pool was under maintenance, even though their advertisements clearly mention a pool facility. It was quite misleading, as the main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool access. To make things worse, the water facility in the rooms was not reliable—we had to wait almost an hour just to get water in the toilet, which is unacceptable for any hotel. On the last day, they finally allowed us to use the pool, but even then, there was no proper lighting in the pool area at night, making it unsafe and uncomfortable to use. Overall, the services provided were far below expectations. Basic facilities like water and lighting should never be compromised in a hotel, and the false advertisement of the pool facility was highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The advertisements are highly misleading. They mentioned a pool facility, but upon arrival, we were informed that the pool was under maintenance and not usable. The poolside also lacked proper lighting. The rooms were far below average and did not provide basic amenities such as towels or toothpaste. Bathrooms remained flooded with water, and water supply was inconsistent. Ventilation in the rooms was poor. Cleanliness was just average, and room service was very disappointing. Additionally, no complimentary food or beverages were offered—not even a cup of tea. The staff behaved rudely like gundas and treated guests unprofessionally, which is unacceptable, especially after paying such a high price. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Too bad experience, service was so poor and frustrating and the whole place seems so dark and smells so bad, for this price amount, it's a waste of money. Swimming pool was closed, no buckets no mugs, telephone didn't work and charged us higher on weekends(we could've spend that amount on a much better hotel ) Total waste of money and really pathetic experience Adding on (after seeing others POSITIVE REVIEWS which are absolutely FAKE) since its on highway, it was too noisy, couldn't sleep the whole night. And considering the whole experience, didn't had food over there. In my opinion its a 1 star hotel. Choose highway king instead. You'll love the whole experience and vibe over there
