We booked via Booking app, the service is amazing and anything we asked for was available via the hotel they even assist us with our laundry even though they don’t have one. The breakfast was great and with variety of dishes. Must have the lemon water at the breakfast buffet it’s one of the best I had. Room service is great even if you forget to ask for it they would contact you and remind you. The staff are very friendly and helpful with every aspect. Room is spacious for a couple.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rivendell Boutique Tbilisi, the room was very clean and the service was really good. The reception people were kind and helpful. The girl Anna was very very helpful because she proactively helped us and went above and beyond. Overall everything was good. The breakfast could have more variety but the lady who cooked and served breakfast was very kind and always had smile and also very clean. The only other thing that we didn’t like but it has nothing to do with the hotel was the construction done in front of the hotel and hard to commute specially with a Taxi who wouldn’t come in front of the hotel because of a lot of mud and they didn’t do anything about it.

Booking this place was one of the worst I had ever. When we come at 2AM from the airport we found that property is surrounded by road re-construction works. This is not something started day before we arrived . Property owners had to state this, we never pick this booking knowing about the mess around! Mud is everywhere. In other words -we has been deceived. Property is not deserve even 2 stars. For instance, one of restrooms has door that its not possible to close. And final bonus - on the last day there was no hot water available, after long hot day in the city. That stay badly hurt our vacation experience. Property Owners used dirty trick to prevent us posting review to warn future customers. VERY NOT RECOMENDED!
