Golden Horn Bosphorus Hotel

5/5 is not enough for this hotel. The location is a hot spot, walking distance to everything and as a bonus the view from the terrace upstairs and upper floors is something that shouldn't be missed. I've discovered this hotel by mistake and I am so glad I did it. The staff speaks English and have a spectacular customer service. I not bot saying this as a guest only but as someone who own multiple customer service awards. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay great experience. Been couple of times to Istanbul but this is my new favourite hotel! Special thanks to each and every single one of you who made our stay as nice as possible. Congratulations to the person who selected this amazing staff. I hope you are looking after them the way they deserve because the team is spot on. I'll see you on my next visit.

Our stay at the Golden Horn is one I will never forget. The level of hospitality and service from the hotel staff was outstanding. Staff were friendly, kind and helpful and took great pride in their work. An absolute pleasure to see people who genuinely want to make you feel welcome. An experience of culture before you even leave the hotel! When you do venture outside, you’re in the heart of the city. So easy to pop in and out into the streets and rich history, food and shops. The rooms themselves were beautiful, clean, comfortable and perfectly kept. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back one day.

My wife and I just completed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. We were made to feel like we were the only guests at the hotel. It is already a top notch hotel but the staff set it apart. The rooms are comfortable and clean and you can’t beat the views. It’s in an ideal location. We were walking distance from everything, including the Metro and the ferries. You won’t regret booking a stay!
