We had really nice stay in this hotel! Also breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and nice. Especially receptionist Ilianna. We can recommend stay here!

Extremely disappointed – the worst stay of my entire trip through the Balkans I stayed in several hotels during my trip, and this was by far the worst experience. We arrived around 2 p.m. – check-in is from 1 p.m. – and the room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait, which was already inconvenient. The receptionist told us the air conditioning was broken but that it would be fixed by the evening. Unfortunately, that never happened. When we returned to the hotel later that night, the room was unbearably hot. Even with the window open, it was impossible to sleep or even breathe properly. Around 3 a.m., I went down to reception to explain the situation. The staff member said all the rooms were the same and that he couldn’t do anything because he was alone. I asked for a fan — they didn’t have one. However, he assured me that we would be refunded in the morning after check-out due to the discomfort. And here’s the cherry on top: in the morning, they refused to issue the refund, despite the promise made just a few hours earlier. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We spoke with other guests who had the exact same complaint. Honestly, they should close the hotel until they fix the air conditioning — it’s impossible to rest or sleep under those conditions, which defeats the whole point of a hotel stay. As if that wasn’t enough, breakfast was a total letdown. The listing on Booking mentioned pancakes, fruit, yogurt, etc. Instead, we got two eggs, bread, butter and marmalade. Absolutely ridiculous for a supposed 4-star hotel. Other disappointing details: no water provided in the room, not even a bottle; not even shower gel. And perhaps worst of all, the staff were cold, unhelpful, and showed zero concern for the guests’ well-being. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete waste of money, time, and energy.

It was my 5th stay at the hotel. All were good until this time. AC was not working and they didn’t do anything or change the room. It was blowing hot air. I couldn’t sleep both 2 nights because of the heat. Refrigerator was not working. If you are selling a room promising AC and refrigerator you have to provide this. I will not stay another time.
