I had a very pleasant stay at Golden Season Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient. The best part was the reception team، they were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated their warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
We had our fellowship exams and were looking for a nearby place to stay in and couldn’t wish for a better place , we came from Alexandria and took the triple room for 4 days and everything was perfect , the staff were friendly, rooms were very clean and the environment was very comfy.. definitely coming for our final exams too 🙌🏻 thank you for the great hospitality.
The main positives of this hotel were its convenient location and overall cleanliness—likely due to recent renovations. That said, there were several issues that affected our stay: - The entrance to the hotel felt a bit spooky and uninviting. - They do not accept card payments, which was quite inconvenient. - Basic amenities were lacking—for example, bottled water was not included and was charged at a premium. - While the room did have bath shower gel, the bottle was nearly empty, which showed a lack of attention to detail.
