Golden Lakes Village

Great place for leisure and for work. We rented a 3 bedrooms house to have a 2 days work trip between partners and it was great. Nice place to work and nice view/walks to relax between the work sessions. It also made me want to come here with my family.

The accommodation is comfortable, we assumed like the pictures show we would be facing the lake but found ourselves a short but present walk away form the lake. This in no way affected our stay and we will definitely return in the future. The ensuits do not have a WC in but are in good condition. It is an ideal spot for multiple family accommodations to enjoy a group holiday or a couple looking for a get away

This is the worst place I have ever stayed! My vacation was ruined from the start. When we checked into the villa (4 bedrooms), we were given just one roll of toilet paper for a whole group of friends. At first, we thought it was a joke, but upon entering the villa, we were shocked! The villa was completely unprepared for guests: there was no toilet paper, toiletries, soap, or any other essentials. There were no bed linens or towels, and the beds were filthy, covered in pubic hair, urine stains, and without any bedding! We paid almost 1000 euros for 3 nights and received a disgusting, unfit-for-tourists accommodation in a horrible condition! When we went to the reception to address the issue, the management was absolutely terrible! It was a Saturday evening, and we had nothing to live with—no toilet paper, which we couldn’t even buy until Monday! After a long argument with the management, they finally came to the villa and said that the urine stains and pubic hair were perfectly normal! Moreover, they refused to make the beds, implying that we were expected to do it ourselves! We had to make the beds in a filthy state as if we were the hotel cleaners ourselves! This was the worst experience of my life; the hotel staff seemed to be from another planet! I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone. Avoid it at all costs!
