Golden Legend Palace Hotel

The facilities were great. The air conditioning worked really well. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing Vietnamese cuisine. The hotel staff were amazing. May (the hotel manager) helped me when I got scammed buying a SIM card. She drove me to the shop on her motorcycle and talked to them in Vietnamese asking them to show us the camera footage. She really went above and beyond to help me and we successfully recovered my money. Apple and Alex were also so kind, they answered all questions patiently and helped if you needed anything at all. In general all of the hotel staff took very good care of me. The best part of my stay was the staff. Every single staff member is kind and willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Hanoi!

The staff were amazing! Amelia was super kind, friendly and helpful, she even gave us a lovely goodbye gift. The room was spacious, clean.. it even has a mini bar and the bathroom is full of toiletries. They even give you two bottles of water every day. A special shout-out to the huge and varied breakfast. There are buffet options as well as some specific options that you can order. The room didn't have a window and that's why the price was very good. Still great value!

Wonderful Stay at Golden Legend Palace Hotel! I stayed here from June 26–29, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. I originally booked a windowless room, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a spacious family room with a window. The location is strategic and within walking distance to many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the price was very affordable for the value offered. What made my stay even more special was the warm and friendly service—especially from the receptionist named Amelia. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. As a thoughtful gesture, I was even given a lovely souvenir upon checkout. Highly recommended if you're visiting Hanoi!
