Just to be fair, it was the last available room. It was lower than the expectations, but since there was no other option, it was a fine stay in general. Location is fine, parking is available, the place is full of stairs - to consider for those who have pain in legs hehehe Two swimming pools, every house almost have its garden, breakfast is fine, … overall stay 4/5

My stay here was the second part of a trip with Solitair. Sadly most of the things I had read about this hotel are true. Location: in the middle of nowhere so taxis if you want to go out. Hisoranu and Olhdeniz are not walkable. This is not a hotel for anyone with pysical problems as all rooms are accessed by steps. Lots ot them. At first glance my room appeared nice. But on closer inspection: feet got filthy walking round bare foot. Curtains were falling off rail. Bathroom was dirty, shower tray grey with dirt and at one point one of the sliding doors half came off. This is the only thing they dealt with straight away. You had to ask several times to get toilet bin emptied. Only happened once in the week. Had to ask for clean towels. Food: although our rep asked several times for food to be labelled it never was. As a vegetarian that made it impossible to know what was there. Asking was pointless as response was 'no English'. Ate chips for hot part of meal (but they were nearly always semi cold!). If you left the table for a moment your food/drink was cleared even though it was obvious you were returning. I did not chose this hotel, changes at Solitair meant they had to move here. I would not stay here again. Staff for the most part are unfelpful and make it clear they only want to deal with Turkish guests. Manager is trying to get things done but is let down by his team. Sorry this is a bit long winded but people need go know what this place is like.

NOT A HOTEL FOR ENGLISH! DO NOT BOOK THE SUITE WITH JACUZZI! It’s basically in a basement with sewage pipes! Awful! The food is shocking, not an all inclusive hotel at all!! Food looks like slip and mush. The only good thing is the strip down the road! Terrible, I booked a different hotel halfway through my holiday!
