Golden Line

We spent two weeks at Golden Line Hotel (June 1-15, 2025) It was really nice, we had an excellent time. The food was outstanding (all inclusiv), congrats to the chef and the cookin crew. The room was cleaned every day, excellent work done by the cleaning lady (Virginia). All the towels and bed sheets very good quality. Our room was a one bedroom + living room, balcony, spacious, bright, A/C, nice furnished, good size washroom. Perfect! All the services provided by the hotel, were very good, the reception ladies ready to help and very friendly. To make a long story short, we had a wonderful time and we strongly recommend the Golden Line hotel! An we'll be back!!

Great hotel, not only for the price. One of the best food in hotels, and I mean among hotels with 5 stars, not only 4 stars! Everyday different meals, many types of food, sea food and meat... Maybe they need better cookies, though baclavas are great. Pool bar needs a little beat better drinks, better juices and more alcohol in the beer :):):) Great, interesting animation team (Junior animation team - Ema, Slava, Alex, Gabi and Gabi I think). Great, clean pool, great snack bar, clean rooms, facilities. Great location, only 3-4 mins to beach. I'm hoping we'll be back next year. Aww yeah. We paid for studio, but we got aparmtan with sea and pool view! All recommendations!!!!

Complete chaos – one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had This hotel was an absolute disaster. Although the room was clean and the cleaning lady did a great job (the only positive aspect), everything else was a nightmare. The restaurant is constantly overcrowded, with ridiculously long lines just to get food or find a table. You basically have to fight your way in, and once you’re inside, you’re surrounded by loud, rude, and inconsiderate people shouting across tables with zero respect for others. The worst part? One morning we found ourselves in the middle of the restaurant next to a family whose children had measles. Yes – measles, in a public dining area, and hotel staff did absolutely nothing about it. That’s not just irresponsible, that’s dangerous. The pool area is just as bad – all the sunbeds are “reserved” overnight by people leaving their towels out at 2–3 AM, so forget about getting one if you’re a normal human trying to relax in the morning. This place is chaotic, stressful, and clearly mismanaged. The staff (aside from housekeeping) seem completely overwhelmed or uninterested, and there’s zero control over the crowd. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, stay away from this hotel. Never again.
