Golden Ocean Marina Hotel

An amazing hotel with even more amazing employees. An extra big thanks to Amir who made sure I got my millions of questions answered and was always just a phone call away. We will definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean, the view is amazing, the only comment is that u have to cross the street for the pool and beach other than that there's an amazing restaurant in the hotel called gossip they have amazing service and excellent food, the rooms are old furnitured but not the worst in was normal. I had a great 5 days experience at Golden Ocean

The hotel operates under a different name than listed on Booking.com—Blue Ocean is displayed on the property signage, while the reservation was made under Golden Ocean Marina, which caused initial confusion. The location is a positive aspect, offering access to the Golden Palace Hotel’s beach. The room was spacious with a pleasant lake view; however, it was not well-maintained and had a noticeable insect issue. The furniture is outdated, and the bathroom requires urgent maintenance, particularly the sink, which does not drain properly. The air conditioning units are both old and noisy, impacting comfort. Wi-Fi service was unreliable and too slow to be functional. Breakfast was served in the room rather than as an open buffet, and the quality was below expectations. In terms of value, the stay did not justify the cost. Additionally, the checkout process was uncomfortable, with staff inspecting the room in a way that felt like they were looking for reasons to impose extra charges.
