The location is wonderful just Armenia isn't so much, the service was fast helpful and very considerate. The spa and hot tub are nice and relaxing and would highly recommend to go and enjoy, the food is also good and very fresh. Rooms felth vintage in a good way, you feel like royalty and very comfortable.
Classical hotel, good breakfast and perfect location But i can hear the noise from next room.
The room is nice and clean. The problem with hot and cold water is continuously changing temperature. We had 2 rooms. The hotel has a thermostat installed in each room, no matter how much you lower the temperature it stays between 24 to 25.5 cellulose. We had to call several times and issue never solved. It makes think they have it preset. The 2 nights we slept barely slept. Other wise everything was ok.
