Golden Palm Hotel

If your room is facing the hill like mine, enjoy the quiet room with a green view. However if your room is facing the road, expect some traffic noise during daytime. Do not expect too much for the breakfast, choices are limited. Location is good, this hotel is near the exit of the tunnel, it doesn't take long to go to anywhere within Zhuhai city.

Initially would stay one night at Landmark International but for unknown reason changed with Golden Palm. I didn't know fact local tour guide had planned it until arrived at the hotel. At this point I realized just arrived at completely different hotel, unlike that had mentioned on itinerary earlier. Room quietness was poor. Sounds from Karaoke can be heard to higher floor. More annoying, it lasted until midnight. Since this hotel is local hotel, most of breakfast menu were local Chinese menu. Breakfast buffet arrangement were confusing. My brother assumed the management placed sweet menu 'sandwiched' with salty menu. Choice of drink very limited, only mineral water and soya milk (too much added water). Most of the menu taste were so-so. Amenities near hotel quite limited, related to location of the hotel which situated at quiet housing area. Shopping mall was far from the hotel (need car to visited).

Breakfast tastes very bad. Not to the liking of Thai people
