Clean and spacious rooms with no intercom,shower in bathrooms clogged,wash basins don't drain, for twin sharing rooms you get two coffee sachet per 24 hrs,tea bags are not provided if you request for tea bags or second coffee sachet,you have to buy. Food is horrible so better go outside for meals. Rooms are clean and nicely kept except only some lights don't work.
Trying to be a fancy place, but the restaurant is sub-par. Many services weren't available the day we were there. The mini casino upstairs is full of weird rules and functions poorly. Haven't tried the rooms, but now I have zero interest. Poor service and full of weirdness. They need to look at the customer experience more closely.
