Golden Ridge Mountain Resort

Very luxurious resort with excellent hospitality. The food and service was very good and rooms were also well maintained. The long ride up to the mountain resort is definitely worth the time with great view and fog. My kids really enjoyed the indoor games and had lots of fun. And moreover, Sreekala ma’am (the owner of the Golden Ridge)was there full time giving her best attention to make us all guests feel at home. Planning to go again during monsoon ☺

Golden Ridge Mountain Resort is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay while holidaying in Munnar. The resort has a breathtaking & panoramic view of the beautiful mountains surrounding it. The general ambience is quiet & serene, at the same time warm & welcoming. The rooms are well appointed, cosy, very clean & well maintained .The service is excellent. Facilities are also available for outdoor activities & indoor games. Most importantly, the staff, to a person, is extremely courteous & caring, ready to do that extra bit to make the visitor's stay as comfortable as possible. The only slightly negative aspect -- if one can call it that--to the place is the rather steep gradient one has to encounter to get there ! We had a short family holiday at the resort during mid April 2017 & look forward to having a longer one there sometime. Would certainly recommend Golden Ridge Mountain Resort to the discerning tourist who would like to relax & unwind amidst natural beauty, away from the rush & bustle of city life . I visited Olive Golden Ridge for my honeymoon and I must say that it has got to be the best place I have visited in a long time.the food was high quality, and our view of the hill valley was spectacular. What really made it special though is how relaxing it isThe staff was so accommodating, the spot was gorgeous and everything was just perfect. I will definitely recommend this resort to everyone! We had a horse 🐎 ride and also a trekking which was wonderful and memorable.
