Golden Sands

Amazing stay at Golden Sands for a weekend getaway with the family. The staff are all excellent and so friendly and helpful, really couldn’t ask for better service. Rooms clean and tidy. The location was just what we needed! Thank you for taking good care of myself and my family. My mum already wants to book another stay!

From the moment I arrived at the Golden Sand Hotel, I felt completely welcomed and taken care of. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely made me feel at home. You can tell they truly care about their guests. A special shoutout to Ali and another amazing guy (I wish I caught his name properly!)—they both went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. I would always end up chatting with them, and it never felt forced—it was just good vibes and real conversations. What stood out the most was how that second guy treated me like a friend from the very beginning. Every time we saw each other, we’d shake hands like we’d known each other for years. That kind of connection is rare and made my experience even more personal and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place where the staff genuinely care and make you feel like family, Golden Sand Hotel is the one. Can’t wait to come back Thx again Golden Sand Hotel

To be spending £200+ a night for a dated room that overlooks the road and a car park is a complete rip off! The location is great, but that is all! This is our first night, so we have another 2 nights regretting our choice of hotel. Whilst this is a generous 2 star review, the food at the Beach Club down the road was superb and will be given a 5 star review! We won't be eating at this hotel.
