Golden Silk Boutique Hotel

This place was phenomenal… everything from the service to the food to the room quality & comfort, especially for the price!! As an added bonus, the massage place under the hotel (assessable from outside) had some of the best massages I’ve experienced! We end our trip in Hanoi & will most likely come back!

Could not have asked for a better stay in Hanoi! Located right where you want to be to access everything, room was beautiful and everything worked in them. Staff were incredibly attentive, so much so I actually tried to race Hung to the door a couple times before he opened it for me and he always won. The people behind the counter are super friendly and helpful, the bar staff are great and the breakfast was always just what you needed, as we were spoilt for choice in Hanoi it was nice to have an easy set up for breakfast we could just chill with. If we return to Vietnam we will probably return to this hotel without hesitation. Thank you guys so much.

The golden silk hotel pretends to be a high class modern hotel. However, the reality is stark. The rooms are quite old and in disrepair. Showering was gross and very lengthy to get my hair clean. The staff were lovely and the best part of the stay but the hotel needs to be updated besides the lobby if they're charging 2-3 million a night.
