Golden Stay Vacation Continental Tower

Hello Everyone, The reviews are true. The lady responsible for this for this dirty apartment as you can see in other reviewers comments is the most unprofessionl joke I have ever dealt with, she talked in the most rude way and her only answer is to deal with booking, we wanted to do an early check-in and she replied "I can't do miracles" :D, she made me feel I am renting a room in wonderland! She never treated us as customers and not the respectful way to treat a customer, please remove that unfprofessional joke from booking and everywhere, we don't travel to deal with this misery.

Terrible experience altogether. Dirty place, mold on the walls & ceilings, the bed and sofa is like laying on a brick & the tv doesn’t work. Most uncomfortable sleep ever. We had to purchase our own towels, bed sheets, iron, even hand soap & air fresheners due to the awful foul smell. There are no pots/pans to cook, the environment is unsanitary & we both got sick. There is also construction right outside and the sliding door doesn’t shut all the way so it’s extremely loud. The host is cheap & unhelpful, we sent multiple messages throughout the stay and they were all ignored and brushed off. Not worth it at all

Dirtiest rooms in the world . I booked one bedroom apartment (2206), first of all staff members are very rude especially arabic speaker lady . Don't book apartment here its totally wasting of money . There all apartments are very dirty especially you will find lot of moulds in kitchen , all corners full of dust . All equipments are very old or not working conditions. Bathrooms are very dirty especially wc seat totally unhygienic.
