Golden Sun Hotel Dalat

We had a truly wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, but what really made the difference was Teresa. She was incredibly kind, helpful with everything, and gave us great lunch and dinner recommendations. Honestly, she made our trip feel completely stress-free. Teresa really understands what guests need, speaks excellent English, and is on top of every detail — she would make an excellent manager! A few points for improvement: • Even with the “Do Not Disturb” button on, staff still knocked and called the room — that should be respected. • The laundry service is extremely expensive. We paid €100 for just a few socks, underpants, and t-shirts. A more accessible or self-service option would be very welcome. • Communication with some staff members was occasionally difficult due to limited English proficiency. Overall, we had a lovely experience, and with just a few adjustments, it could be perfect.

We are very satisfied with the service here. The staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. They took care of us and asked us very warmly. The restaurant space is very beautiful, the restaurant staff are very lovely, everyone has a smile on their face and bows to us very politely. Praise Justin, the gentle male staff, always meets our needs when needed and takes good care of us. Thank you to the hotel for giving my family a happy vacation. Thank you for making delicious coffee. Will come back next time and recommend to all my friends.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, fully equiped, and very comfortable. I especially loved this view - beautiful and refreshing. The staff were all super friendly, helpful and welcoming from check in to check out! I will come back if I get the chance and would happily recommend it to friends!
