The best rooms, rate, amenities, and staff in Siem Reap. It's close to all of the action but quiet. Additionally, the room was very spacious and clean, with the temperature being comfortable. I would take advantage of the $20 spa credit because it was such a great experience. The breakfast in the morning is tasty and there is a variety of cuisine. If you are an English traveler, no need to worry because the staff speaks fluent English. In all, I fully understand why the hotel has five stars.

I have traveled to Siem Reap several times and always stay with Golden Temple group. The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. It is in a great location with an easy walk to Pub Street and the markets but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. The staff is always the best part of my stay. They are the friendliest I’ve experienced and treat you like family.

I stayed at this hotel recently and paid around $140 per night, which I expected would provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, my experience was far from it and I do not believe it was worth the cost. First, the room had a serious mosquito problem. I woke up with multiple painful bites on my legs and arms, making it very hard to rest comfortably. This alone was enough to affect the quality of my stay. While using the pool, I witnessed a rat come out from the bushes and drink from the edge of the pool—completely unacceptable and a major concern for health and cleanliness. The common areas were also uncomfortable. The lobby and elevator had no air conditioning and were uncomfortably hot at all hours. It made simply coming and going from the hotel feel unpleasant. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was very mediocre. There were limited food options and the overall quality was underwhelming compared to other hotels in the same price range. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. There are much better options available for the same or even lower price.
