Staying at the Golden Tower Hotel in Florence was an unforgettable experience marked by impressive standards of service and comfort. Right from my arrival, I was made to feel genuinely welcome by the attentive reception staff, who quickly handled my check-in and offered insightful suggestions for exploring the city’s highlights. Throughout my stay, the team displayed a consistent level of kindness and professionalism—every staff member, including those in the dining area and housekeeping, went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The entire property was sparkling clean, with every space—from the rooms to the common areas—kept in pristine condition, which created a reassuring sense of safety. The unbeatable central location made sightseeing effortless, while amenities like the spa provided the perfect retreat after a day in Florence. I enthusiastically recommend the Golden Tower Hotel to anyone traveling to Florence, as it blends attentive service, spotless surroundings, warmth, and security for a stay that truly stands out.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but we weren't concerned as we dropped off our luggage and explored the area and had lunch. It's important to note that in order for a car/cab to enter the square where the hotel is situated, they need to ring the hotel so that they can lower the bollards. Or, you can get dropped off on the street and you can walk to the hotel through the square. The breakfast buffet is lovely - they have someone who can make freshly pressed juices on the spot and a variety of hot/cold/room temperature foods. The rooms are a bit older, as is the bathroom, but they were spacious. Our shower/bathtub area sunk into the floor, so you had to be careful going in and out. Overall, it's in a perfect location near so many shops/restaurants and it's a quiet area, which I really like. Would definitely stay here again when I return!
