Golden Tulip Ana Tower Sibiu

Apr 2025 👍🏻 Stay with Minor Downsides! 😀 We had a very pleasant stay at Golden Tulip Ana Tower. The room was clean, and we really appreciated the strong water pressure and consistently hot water in the shower—perfect after a day of exploring! One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast buffet on the 11th floor, which came with a lovely city view—definitely a great way to start the morning. Check-in was smooth despite our late arrival, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another plus: there's free outdoor parking, though it's worth noting there are only about 20 spaces available, so it’s first-come, first-served. The only disappointment was that no complimentary bottled water was provided in the room. For a 4-star hotel, we found this surprising, as it's usually a standard amenity—especially considering how inexpensive it is to offer. This was a first for us. All in all, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with just a small tweak that could make it even better.

We had a very good stay at the Golden Tulip. The staff were kind enough to call me after checkout when I forgot my phone in the room - a big thank you for that! The hotel itself was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The room and bed were very good, slightly outdated in style, but well kept, and we expected that. It’s more of a business hotel feel, but it suited our needs perfectly for a stopover. The only area that could be improved is breakfast. The variety was limited, the toast took ages and barely browned, and I couldn’t find any tea. Perhaps it was just the timing, but it wasn’t quite up to the standard of the rest of the stay. Location is great for reaching the old town, and overall, we enjoyed our time here. Solid choice for a night in Sibiu.

Hello. Like the review 5 days ago. In short. The breakfast was as if it had been prepared the day before. There was a nice clerk at the reception. And there was also a clerk who was not nice and apparently did not understand his job because for every problem he called to ask someone else. A robot would be better. Besides that, Romania is impressive.
