It was nice stay staff was very nice and friendly . Rooms are clean good for kids have table tennis,pool table game, pool reception staff kind and polite thanks to mr. Divyansh and Ramakant who made our stay comfortable.
Room, staff service, restaurant service are very satisfactory and environment is friendly and club is also nice including gym, table tennis, snooker and swimming pool. Thanks to Mr. Divyansh chauhan for his excellent service.
I had a long stay of over 20 room nights. Point wise feedback is: 1. Restaurant: Restaurant team was excellent. Ms Jaya, Mr Deepanshu, Mr Anuj and all other restaurant staff took good care. Food was also good, not great but good. Bhiwadi has lot of mosquitoes and so some are in restaurant too. 5 star for restaurant team. 2. Rooms: Rooms are fine, no issue as such. Room service is good but a bit slow. Service staff lost a runner and then asked me if you have it in your suitcase. This was quite inappropriate. Still 4 star for service team. 3. Reception: 1 star for reception. This is the place which need lot of improvement. Not at all flexible, very rigid and adamant. They will speak to you politely but will not listen to anything you ask them. I asked them to refund my advance payment and I’ll get them paid by my company directly, they denied. I booked rooms on CP and on say 1 after check in I requested for change in plan to MAP, they denied. At the time of check out, I requested for discount on restaurant bill, they denied. There were some more issues not possible to describe here. They won’t guide you, you have to be intelligent enough to know their policies. They deny everything citing hotel policies.
