The room was clean and comfortable, but the noise from the cars outside was quite noticeable, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
I recently stayed at Golden Tulip El Mechtel and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is quite nice, with very friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable and offer a pleasant view of the park, which I really enjoyed. Additionally, there’s available car parking around the hotel, which is a big plus. One of the highlights of my stay was ordering food through room service—it was delicious and added to my overall enjoyment. The location, however, is in the busiest part of Tunis city, which can be a bit overwhelming with traffic and noise. On the bright side, it’s conveniently close to the airport, just 16 minutes away. Overall, while there were some positives, the leak issue and the busy location lead me to rate this hotel a 3 out of 5. I hope they can address these concerns for future guests.
breakfast is awful, raw eggs are served, staffs are too many but they do their personal things they are not trained at all AC does not work and out side temperature is 42C small pool outside hotel, reception does not provide info at the check in too expensive for what you get, bitter experience cancelled my trip because of them in the middle of it the staff look for tip
