Golden Tulip Goa Candolim

We booked a two bedroom apartment at this hotel and had access to pool, spa, and breakfast. It was a nice stay. The quality of service is good. The apartment was well maintained with everything working well. The only issue was it was a bit away from the beach. You need to have a bike or a car to go to the beach, unless you want to walk more than 10 mins. That was the only bummer. Breakfast was good, pool was nice, service was prompt.

We had lunch here on 26th August. We took buffet. There was limited menu but the taste was too good. All the dishes were tasty. The place is not very sophisticated. Toilet was very small. There were only one very small toilet for women and one toilet for men. There is a small swimming pool also. Couldn't comment on rooms as we didn't stay here so didn't get to see a room.

Hotel Approach was not so good. Reception staff is 4 Star. Rooms were excellent, but the Toiletries, towels, water though is to be provided by Hotel. But if your stay is more than 1 day then every Room accessory/toiletry is to be demanded from the House Keeping. In the name of room makeover they only clean the bed. Neither provided fresh towels, nor the glasses were changed, nor the Toiletries were supposed motto provided. All these things were also demanded by calling House keeping. Except these things rest is fine. But these things which were to be provided by Hotel on their own, so why the guest has to demand these things again and again by calling House keeping.
