Women would love this hotel. The room has a LG Styler that irons and dry cleans your clothes. Bathroom is small but sufficient. Big people will have difficulty getting in and out. Beautiful green cafe on lobby level. So a 5 star for me.
I especially liked the lounge area called the English Garden. There are lots of beanbag chairs, hammocks and little cafe tables. It was a relaxing place to spend a rainy afternoon when I didn't want to go outside.
Unfriendly staff, no flexibility in check-in and breakfast and no service idea. Worst thing was that aircon did not function. I entered the room at 29.7 C and their excuse was that central aircon was not yet switch on. Apparently a blunt lie if you look at the system. I strongly recommend to avoid this Hotel, although rooms are nice and clean.
