4.5/5 Stars I recently stayed at the Fern Residency for a weekend getaway, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel's modern design and luxurious amenities made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a plush king-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious shower and ample amenities. The hotel's staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to lend a helping hand or offer recommendations for local attractions. I have stayed with my family and in-laws. Room service was excellent. Hotel restaurant is serving good and tasty food. We enjoyed breakfast very much. Mr. Arvind in the restaurant was always happy to help and serving.

I stayed here yesterday, the services were very bad. There were no bathroom slipper, no dental kit. Literally had to ask them 5 times then they gave it to us. We booked with buffet option but food was just bland. Nothing was good, only thing i could bear was juice bread butter and jam. Rest all food was just tasteless. Services were not at all good, for anything I have to ask them 4-5 times and services was very very slow. I was regretting staying here after paying such a hefty amount with low quality services. Pool was not operational and was not even mentioned online while booking. Condition of room and washroom was just average similar to a hotel that would cost 2000. All and all i would never book this franchise again.
