Golden Tulip Holland Resort

My stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Batu was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The spa was a true highlight, offering an amazing retreat with its hot and cold jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Although the pool was quite cold, it was still a great spot to relax as well as the breakfast is good and Varied breakfast . I would definitely choose this hotel for another stay.

A perfect choice for our wedding anniversary, and conveniently located near Malang city. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff throughout. The breakfast menu was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's spots were spotless. We also enjoyed the complimentary electric bike and bicycle rentals, which added to the fun despite the limited area. Dinner at the skydome was fantastic, with generous portions and great taste. The staff even accommodated our anniversary request for a special message, free of charge. Some minor concerns: the kids' pool area requires close supervision, as some parts of the slide need repair. The pool water was quite chilly due to the location in Batu. One potential drawback for older guests might be the hotel's layout, with multiple buildings requiring some walking between them. Overall, a great experience!

I had a wonderful four-night stay at Golden Tulip Holland Resort! This is truly a great place to relax, with beautiful surroundings. The facilities are excellent — everything is well-maintained, modern, and very enjoyable. The customer service staff were outstanding — always friendly, helpful, and professional, making my stay even more comfortable. My room was spotless, and I was impressed by how generous they were with daily necessities like soap, shampoo, bottled water, and towels. The food was also amazing — especially the breakfast! There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I can’t wait to come back!
