This hotel serves as a great location for the very nearby impanema beach. The rooms are a little dated and the air con is a bit out of date. Breakfast has a good selection, service is varied but I think you would stay here for its location to be honest. Pool is small but very Beautiful views. I think for the price it is good value.
I have stayed here several times. As a Brazilian born traveler I realize this to be the perfect location. This years reservation was difficult but the travel agency corrected the 100% advanced payment that I clicked without really seeing all the small print. So, I booked it again and will pay after my future stay. I am changing from 1 to 3 stars but will edit again after my stay. Let's hope it will be great.
Rooms ok --- bathroom definitely need upgrade and refurbishment-- I believe some rooms up graded but not ours! Air conditioning woke us up in middle of night making dreadful noise but was fixed immediately-- water not very hot in mornings! Supply of towels and chairs for beach great -- reception staff very helpful Great location for beach and restaurants!
