My spa experience exceeded all expectations. The entire team was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. The spa area is really nice, there is sauna and steam sauna (separated women/men) and swimming open from 7h to 10pm, it is spacious and clean. The gym is also well equipped. The breakfast was around 10€ per person and there were a lot of options and good quality. The room we stayed had a nice city view but the curtains were not blocking well the light, so after sunrise it was not dark in the room anymore. The workers could speak a bit of English. From the hotel to the city center (Galata) was around 1h by public transport.
