Well located, close to the city center. Highly recommend the breakfast. The staff was also very helpful and understanding as we had struggles with the online payment!!
Hotel was in a good location, everything was walkable. I agree with the others comments about the pillows… they need at least 2. I did request and they bought some up. Towels were very small. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was nice. I do also agree with others comments that the hotel is noisy. I was consistently being woken up throughout the night from noise in the hallway and banging doors. I have experienced this at other hotels however so not sure there’s much the hotel can do.
Hotel is located near city centre, the location is nice. Overall service us fine as well. Porter guy was very nice, reception - okay. The room was clean. But that's all from the good sides. Minuses: it was cold in the room and even after we called receptionist to fix heating system, he showed us how to use it, but it stayed the same - very cold. So, their heating system does not work. There is no water to drink in the room, there are some leaflets saying that Krakow water is good and it is great to drink tap water. No slippers, no robes. For making coffee there were 2 sticks, instead of spoons, one of them was broken and the sticks were not even packed. They started calling us to the room at 12:00 to ask to leave the room not even minute later. When we left and said that it was very cold in the room, the receptionis said "hmmmm" and that's it. 4 star hotel? Oh no, it is 3 stars maximum.
