I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent — easy to access and well-situated, making it convenient yet peaceful. The property itself felt truly luxurious, with elegant interiors and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that made it perfect for unwinding. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale stay in a serene setting.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Stay was very comfortable and rooms cleanliness was upto the mark. Food served was also decent. Apart from everything their hospitality was amazing. Situated at a very prime location and ample parking space. Overall experience was very good. Highly recommend ✅

I am writing this review while staying in the hotel. We booked for three nights . Very disappointed . Location -Location is old manali , near club house . Rooms- Rooms were clean but hotel didn't provide kits and towels at first . When called them thrice then they sent towels. For every service we have to call reception at least three times as restaurant and room service don't bother to pick up the call. Food - Food is disappointing and not satisfactory but few items are delicious. So I would like to recomend don't book food from hotel as there is so much better options just outside the hotel. Staff is in attentive but polite. One major drawback- Lift is from first floor which very tiresome for elderly people. Lift is very slow Bathroom- although it is clean but as said earlier they didn't provide toiletry even bathing mug. But when I called reception then they sent it. They provide liquid soap in dispenser which is leaking so no at all usefull. So please bring your own toiletry. Will come again- No Will recommend - You can get better option in this price so will not recommend. It can be last option. One more major and very frustrating Fact- The power socket for charging phone is behind the bed side table so if you want to charge your phone , first you have to move the bed side table very carefully as the stone top may be separated from the table . They even didn't provide socket for using electric kettel so again you have to bring whole kit to the bed side table and move it aside .
