Located driving distance from town. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Lovely shower. Secure underground free parking. The friendliest and most helpful staff we've ever met! Unfortunately the air con wasn't working in our room but the staff sorted us out with a portable fan which helped massively. Great tea making facilities, good fridge. Quiet area. Great value for money.
Unfortunately, I was sensitive to the curt “welcome” that the front desk provided. That set a bad tone for the overnight there. The infrastructure isn’t ancient, but not up to date, e.g., no USB socket and the mattress sagged some. The room was spacious and the video screen large, with a very good image.
The hotel is excellent and the rooms are spacious, but there is no respect for the guests by the staff. The air conditioner worked for two days and then broke down. The staff has no excuse. There is no way to rest in the rooms in the hot weather. When you open the window, insects come in. They do not have fans to cool. When you go to them, they make excuses that there is a defect in the air conditioner. Until now, it is not working and there is a defect. When I went to them, they said that maintenance will come within two days, and until now, the air conditioner has not been repaired. I bought cooling fans at my own expense so that I can sleep.
