Golden Tulip Rosa Khutor

Lovely. We stayed for three nights and had a beautiful time, the place is located right in the centre of everything! Right by the ski lift, equipment rental, and cash register of ski passes. Breakfast here is great, a large selection. Staff is super nice and overall the place is very clean and pretty. We had the most amazing view from our room, all this for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at [rosa khutor and had a disappointing experience with their room service. The food took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and poorly presented. I ordered a steak that was overcooked and a side that was missing entirely. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, and when I called to address the issue, it took multiple attempts to get a response. Overall, the room service was far below the standard one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. I won’t be going there again.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. The customer service was exceptionally poor, with staff members who were consistently rude and unhelpful. My requests were ignored, and when I raised concerns, I was met with indifference and hostility. The lack of professionalism and courtesy made my stay incredibly uncomfortable.
