Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel Bangkok

My stay at the hotel was very satisfactory. The physical aspects of the property are excellent, with spacious accommodations and sufficient parking facilities. However, what truly distinguished this hotel was the exceptional service recovery I experienced. Upon facing a challenge with the underground parking, the staff demonstrated exemplary procedure by immediately escalating the concern to a manager with the authority to act. The manager, Mr. Eakarin, handled the situation with remarkable diligence and ensured the matter was resolved efficiently and without delay. This proactive and effective approach to guest satisfaction is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence and reflects the reliable standards of a major chain.

Hopefully I will never come back… It’s an old hotel, bad maintained and with bad services… The picture give the idea of how bad it is. The rooms are old and not really well maintained, they A/C too noisy… I had the “great “ idea to go for breakfast…no way! You can immediately see how cheap is the quality…the bacon was cold and I had to ask the chef the reason why…(they forgot….) The rest of the food was average and not many options for western. Overall not a good experience!

“One of the worst hotels I have stayed in, and I even expect hotels with one or two stars to be better than it. The cleanliness and service level are zero. The hotel doesn’t provide any towels or anything in terms of service. The room design is annoying and very old. The hotel reception staff is unprofessional; I waited for half an hour for a room I booked through Agoda, and they were very late in giving it to me. They charge a deposit of 1,000 Baht for the room key!
