The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Avoid at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. In my 18 years of frequent travel for work and leisure, Golden Suites Inde Hotel has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was met with shocking rudeness at the front desk. I had booked a Business Suite for ₹5,800 – expecting decent hospitality – only to be told to cancel my booking when I requested that two of my business colleagues be allowed into the room for a 2-hour work discussion. The lady at reception was aggressively rude, refused to call a manager, and insisted I book another room. Only after I stood my ground did someone senior allow it, but the damage was done. The room was filthy, smelled terrible, and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The front window was grimy, the air conditioning barely worked, and there was no hot water. Even basic services like water were chargeable. The Wi-Fi was unsecured and unreliable, and the TV wasn’t even recharged. The buffet was a joke – nothing was edible except the eggs at the live station. To top it off, I got stuck in the elevator twice due to recurring power outages – on the 10th floor! This hotel is not only unprofessional and overpriced but also unsafe and poorly maintained. A complete disaster. Do not waste your money or peace of mind here.

Hi, we have booked hotel room as couple on dated 05 July 2025. We have check in to room around 5 PM and there is no problem with checking and staff helped ua for easy check in. There is no security, no personal spafe and safety and staff in hotel room and one of staf member entered in to my room without any permission as they have master key. I even cant describe situation how people from hotel staff entered to my room and we as couple spending time personally. My husband reached out to hotel reception and asked for raising a complaint where reception is not shared any management number for complaint. I have raised complaint on make my trip for same where hotel staff is agree for this stupidity. Make my trip give us 1000 rupees Boucher for this as apologies. On quick resolution, hotel staff give us surety for stay and complementary stay for that day, situation is not closed here, we just reached back in hotel room and hotel staff call us over landline and said your dinner is only complementary, things is how easy hotel management can tolerate such type of staff and how can people book such hotel, where no such policy to control the these major incident. I will not recommend this hotel at-least for couples for safety reason as there is no safety and privacy on this property.
