Had a wonderful stay at this Golden Tulip. The cleanliness was truly top-notch—even the smallest details like the basin faucets were spotless. The food was excellent, clearly prepared by a professional chef and a skilled kitchen team. What really stood out to me was the genuine hospitality and the fact that the staff treated every guest with equal respect—no discrimination whatsoever, which made the experience even more welcoming. Above all, the staff is the core strength of this place—professional, warm, and consistently attentive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, good food, and sincere service.
Excellent stay experience, lovely & wholesome breakfast buffet. Rooms are super clean and comfortable- lives upto its 4 star standards. Really efficient and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for couples or family. Prime location, easy parking and lots of cafes/restaurants within walking distance from Hotel.
Absolutely poor customer service. Had arrived around 7 am, denied early check in, took full day charge from us. Rude behaviour from front desk Mr vaibhav. If the rooms are available, the hotel should have provided early check in.
