Clean, spacious rooms with an absolutely lovely view of the train and tram lines, very little noise could be heard from the room despite being so close to the road. The bed was very large and comfortable and there was also a large TV, although we could not get casting to work with it. A very nice hotel overall and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is also very close to the Warsaw Railway Museum, and also two different tram stops, which was very useful for getting around, especially to the central station as it is only a very short journey. In the hotel there was also a water machine not far from our room which provided free sparkling, cold or hot water and this was extremely nice. One of my favourite amenities a hotel has had available. The staff were also very friendly upon check-in and spoke good English. I only had one issue during my stay which was with the shower, as although it had very good water pressure and was large, it was poorly ventilated and so after a short while it would become very steamy inside the shower cubicle and a bit too warm.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, and the hotel's proximity to bus and tram stations made commuting a breeze. We enjoyed the nice, neat rooms and the delicious breakfast. The hotel restaurant also served great food. The only minor issue was that the bathroom door in our room didn't lock. They also allow you to store your luggage after check-out for a certain period.

Just finished two night stay here. Do not book this hotel if you want air-conditioning. It does not have air-con. The front desk staff do not seem aware of this issue and moved me to a new room and repeatedly visited both rooms to try and help. The new room wasn't much better although on a cooler side of the hotel. They ended up calling engineers who informed me the next morning there is no air-con in the hotel and this is controlled by head office. I would suggest staying somewhere else if the outside temperature is more than 15 degrees, especially if the sun is shining. The devices in the room act as heaters and fans only. There is no cooling effect. I will not stay here again unless it is winter. My colleagues arrived the following day and were in rooms up to 26°c - way too hot! It's a shame as it's a lovely hotel with great decor and a brilliant breakfast. The staff are really friendly and helpful and they also didn't charge me for a coffee I had due to the hassle with the heat!
