We, Airforce veterans had get-together on 7th and 8th Jun 2025 at this Resort. We had very comfortable stay. Ambience is good. The staff are very cooperative and well behaved. I appreciate Mr. Prakash and in responding and attending issues. Rooms are well maintained.
Very good food and service. Saheb and Sajal were very good in taking the order and taking care of everything.
We stayed at Goldfinch Hotel, and while the room was just about okay, the restaurant was a complete nightmare. To begin with, we noticed a cockroach crawling near the buffet counter. Disgusting. Hygiene standards? Clearly nonexistent. Still, we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. I ordered a coffee and waited a full 20 minutes. No coffee, no explanation, no response. This was in the middle of the afternoon when the place wasn’t even busy. The staff seemed indifferent and clueless. Things went from bad to worse during lunch. My husband ordered a so-called “chicken steak” what arrived was a few measly pieces of chicken and vegetables on a wooden skewer. That’s it. Not a steak, not even close. The waiter said this is chicken stick😂And guess what? They had the audacity to charge over ₹500 for that nonsense. I ordered rice and dal, expecting something simple and comforting. What I got was a spicy, oily, tasteless mess, worse than the most mediocre roadside dhaba. And they charge premium prices for this garbage? For a hotel claiming to be 3-star or 4-star, the food is atrocious, service is laughable, and hygiene is downright scary. Goldfinch is all gloss and no substance. Avoid this place like the plague. They’re fooling people with fancy names and premium rates. Don’t waste your money or your health here.
