Great service. Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Most importantly the bedroom had air conditioning. Breakfast good. Location quiet so a bit of a drive to restaurants. However the bonus was a quiet nights sleep. We would stay again when driving through France.

The living environment is acceptable, but since we were part of a tour group, the breakfast service differed from the individual service. I didn’t get croissants even I ask them during breakfast but individual customers have high quality service and enough bread. I strongly condemn.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I don't even know were to start here. Both the hotel and attitude of the manager are absolutely dire. The hotel is not worthy of 1 star let alone 4. We were given a room with dirty towels left hanging in the bathroom, no clean towels, no toilet paper and the floor was filthy. The state of the room was just not acceptable in any way and certainly not what what we paid for. When I complained to reception we were offered another room. The door to this alternative room had been left open, there were bags of rubbish in the floor and the TV was on, we declined. We asked for a discount refunded on the room rate as it was completely unacceptable. This is the reply we received... "We are sorry to hear that your stay turned out to be a total disaster, that the room was disastrous, that you could not breathe in the room, that there were odours in the room and the terrace, as well as the sheets, the toilets, the bathroom, that the floors were dirty, the exasperating noise of the orchestras, the noise and the howling of the guests. With regard to your stay, which went very badly, we are offering you a 10% discount on the room you would book on your next stay, and this only applies if you book directly with the hotel, and not on platforms such as Booking.com, hotel.com etc. Otherwise it will not be taken into account.
